The entry says:

At the same day: Guillaume Fouquet and Susanne Fiery: living in Ruchheim

On the preceding page was another marriage entered for Dec.15th 1653 . Jean NISET married Marguerite VILLET. (For more marriage entries of Frankenthal see www.familysearch.org  LDS IGI Batch No. M984292.)

Unfortunately this church book doesn't give any clues about parents or origin of the couple.

Guilaume Fouquet and Susanne Fieret had 12 children, which reached adulthood and are documented in various church books of the Palatinate. In 1975 Wilhelm BEULEKE published a very well researched article about the origin and whereabouts of the Huguenot family Fouquet. ( Archiv fuer Sippenforschung, Heft 59, 41. Jahrgang). I will add more pages about the Fouquet family later.

Hermine Fouquet, my great grandmother
